Sarah Johnson Dobek is a successful growth advisor to professional service firms. Sarah works with entrepreneurial spirited professionals in accounting, law, consulting, financial services and other service based companies to help them evolve.
Sarah primarily works with firms that are looking to embrace or integrate digital media into their marketing mix, or elevate their current marketing efforts. Her unique background in marketing and knowledge of digital media allow her to deliver insightful, practical advice that guide organizations down the right path for achieving the growth they desire. Sarah’s ability to understand where an organization is starting, matched with her disciplined approach to best practices drive results for firms.
Prior to starting Inovautus Consulting, Sarah was the Director of Marketing for a Chicago based accounting firm and the Director of Consulting Services at PDI Global.

A leader in professional services, Sarah regularly speaks for professional service associations, at conferences, and at board meetings. She is also a regular contributor for Accounting Tomorrow and has authored or contributed to articles appearing in Accounting Today, CPA Society publications, the National Law Review, and Practical Accountant.
Sarah is a member of the Association for Accounting Marketing, (AAM) the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), and Empowering Women Network (EWN). She is currently the Education Chair for AAM and has served as the past chair of the website committee and past president and board member for AAM Chicago.

Director of Content Marketing & Consulting Services
Formerly the Publisher at Sift Media (AccountingWEB and Going Concern), Rob has been in the accounting world for nearly 20 years. He works primarily with firms that have marketing strategy issues, content delivery needs and want to capitalize on growth opportunities. Prior to Sift Media, Rob spent several years in banking, working with CPAs throughout the U.S.; later, he worked at RJ Pile LLC, a 40-person public accounting firm in Indianapolis. Most recently, Rob managed all content, membership, marketing and business functions of iShade.com, an online accounting profession community and news source.
Rob’s diverse background in publishing, marketing, public relations and content marketing allows him to deliver efficient, focused, practical advice that steers organizations forward. His ability to understand where an organization has been and wants to go, matched with its resources and opportunities at hand, produces effective results for firms and companies in the accounting profession.
In addition to his time, efforts and dedication revolving around today’s dynamic accounting world, Rob enjoys traveling with his wife and two teenage children. Residing in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio, Rob continues to speak at accounting profession conferences and write about practice management issues.
