At Inovautus Consulting, our approach to talent acquisition is different than what you may find with other strategic partners. Our approach combines targeted marketing with a recruiting approach rooted in behavior-based assessments. This allows us to deliver highly qualified candidates who will fit your technical requirements and will also succeed in your company’s culture.

We only work with a select number of firms each year in this capacity.  For our approach to be successful, we require a commitment from our member firms in the form of exclusivity and openness to our approach. Here is what you can expect when you work with us:

  • We will develop customized target lists of candidates based on your criteria.
  • We will screen every qualified candidate based on custom screening questions that include basic technical assessments, qualifying criteria and behavioral qualities.
  • Only the most qualified candidates cross your desk. Typically you will see 3 to 6 candidates, and we include summaries of our screening notes with each candidate.
  • We represent you – not the candidate. This means we have your best interests in mind, not the candidate’s.
  • We are available throughout the hiring process for anything you need, from sitting through interviews with you to assisting with negotiations and offer letters.

While our process and screening are targeted towards the positions we are engaged to fill, our approach can be deployed throughout your organization. Many companies we work with implement our hiring approach for all candidates.
