Members of our team meet at least weekly via video conference and share core, relevant information to stay connected with each other and our clients. Additionally, all client engagements are managed through a secure, online project management system which allows our consultants and support team to communicate frequently in order to manage deliverables and deadlines.

Inovautus Consulting is hiring an Administrative Assistant. This role works with closely with the President to support her as well the firm to support key administrative functions for the company.
Inovautus Consulting helps public accounting firms to grow – faster and in the right direction. We develop marketing strategies, implement marketing plans, evaluate marketing efforts, perform strategic digital marketing, deliver streamlined social media services … and more. Our company is completely virtual. We have team members across the US. We offer both full-time and part-time options and flexible work arrangements.

- Manage 1099s
- Maintain file management
- Maintain company templates
- Coordinate email and calendar president of
- Manage calendar for IC team

Qualifications and Education Requirements?
- Associates Degree or higher
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Must display strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be proficient with technology
- Strong word, excel and powerpoint skills
