We help bring social media insights to accounting firms, state CPA societies and those that serve the public accounting profession. We also regularly speak and train on social media. We have partnered with Social CPAs to bring our experience working in social and digital marketing to develop a survey that can be used to benchmark your firm or organizations efforts in social media. We are also very excited to have the Association for Accounting Marketing endorsing our survey.
This year we’ve significantly changed the survey to better-measure how CPA firms, state CPA societies and those that serve the public accounting profession are approaching social media – and what is then done with each organization’s results. Our hope is that we can deliver valuable data in which to benchmark your efforts. While it’s difficult to compare social media apples-to-apples, we do believe that certain behaviors and activities can still be measured.
Participants in the 2014 survey are being asked to answer on behalf of their firm, not themselves. Because of the changes that have been made to the survey, you will need access to certain analytics for your social media accounts. If you do not manage these for your firm, please forward this link along to the individual in your organization who does.
