Training and Coaching Consultant

Inovautus Consulting helps public accounting firms to grow – faster and in the right direction. We develop and deliver sales and business development training for Accounting Firms, develop marketing and sales strategies, implement marketing plans, evaluate marketing and sales efforts, perform strategic digital marketing, deliver streamlined social media services … and more. Our company is entirely virtual, and we have team members throughout the U.S. We offer contract, full-time, and part-time options with flexible work arrangements.
This role works with our consultants and clients to deliver on training, coaching and consulting services.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive program curriculum for sales and business development training, including recording self-study training programs.
- Deliver engaging live and hybrid training sessions, including breakout sessions and facilitation.
- Manage our LMS platform to ensure seamless access to training materials.
- Conduct one-on-one business development coaching sessions with partners and future leaders.
- Develop and maintain client reporting systems for sales performance.
- Facilitate and run pipeline meetings to drive revenue growth.
- Run CRM implementation and management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, training, communications, or a relevant degree.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in sales training and coaching.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of sales training, coaching, facilitation and CRM.
Preferred Skills
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and educate participants.
- Exceptional public speaking skills, with a knack for conveying complex information.
- Experience with self-study and blended learning training, with proficiency in TalentLMS considered a plus.
- E-learning content development experience, particularly with Articulate or similar tools.
- Prior experience in LMS management and platform administration.
- Leadership and business development coaching abilities.
- Expertise in training content development and delivery.
CRM consulting experience, with proficiency in HubSpot as a bonus. - Familiarity with forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales success.
- Previous sales experience in a related field.
- Exposure to professional services firms is highly advantageous.

Position Details
- This position is an employee position with the following benefits: Unlimited PTO, 13 Paid Holidays, 401K, and a stipend for your internet.
- Travel is required for this role, up to 25% within the United States.
- We will provide the necessary technology (Laptop, Software, etc.) equipment needed.
- You must have childcare while working and have a quiet area to work without interruptions.
