Anna Miller is a growth and transformation leader with nearly 30 years of experience driving revenue through strategic marketing, digital innovation, and customer experience across a wide range of industries, from global enterprises to entrepreneurial and consulting environments. She specializes in building structured, sales-driven marketing functions that connect strategy, technology, and data to measurable business outcomes.
In her role as a consultant with Inovautus Consulting, Anna partners with accounting and professional services firms to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client experience, and implement practical, scalable marketing and business development strategies that drive sustainable revenue.
Anna began her career at Federal-Mogul and has since worked across all industry sectors, bringing a broad and adaptable perspective to solving complex growth challenges. She spent over a decade at Motorola Solutions in progressive leadership roles, ultimately leading digital strategy, business intelligence, and enterprise customer experience. During this time, she played a key role in advancing the company’s digital transformation, leading UX/UI and front-end experience strategy in support of its first ecommerce platform and helping shape how customer experience, technology, and data work together to drive results.
She later transitioned into consulting and fractional leadership roles, where she partners with organizations at pivotal moments to build structure, align teams, and accelerate growth.
Anna holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in International Marketing and Business Logistics from Wayne State University.

Why you do what you do?

I love working in the professional services industry because I get the opportunity to collaborate with incredibly smart people who are passionate about their work, their firm, and the future of their business.

How does your experience/passion/professional beliefs intersect with your accounting clients? 

In both life and business, relationships are key. I enjoy building new relationships and creating connections that help people expand their networks and strengthen their firms—both personally and professionally.

What inspires you to do this work?

Seeing how aligning people, process, technology, and data can change how a business performs. When everything starts working together, it creates momentum that’s both measurable and sustainable.

What was your biggest professional “win” or “a-ha” moment?

A defining moment in my career was stepping into global enterprise customer experience leadership at Motorola Solutions. It was the first time I saw how technology, customer experience, and data truly work together—not as separate functions, but as a connected system that drives business performance. That perspective continues to shape how I approach growth and transformation work today.

Favorite Podcast/Book/Publication?

I tend to learn more from experience and conversations than from formal publications, but I’m always interested in new perspectives on growth, leadership, and change. One of my all-time favorite books is Love in the Time of Cholera by Gabriel García Márquez.
