This structure allows us to scale the team to meet the specific technical, scoping and timing needs of our clients.

Members of our team meet at least weekly via video conference and share core, relevant information to stay connected with each other and our clients. Additionally, all client engagements are managed through a secure, online project management system which allows our consultants and support team to communicate frequently in order to manage deliverables and deadlines.

Administrative Assistant

Do you thrive on a high paced environment with lots of variety? Are you extremely organized and detail oriented? Do you have a passion for helping and supporting others? If so, we want to talk to you. We are hiring an Administrative Assistant. This role works with closely with the President to support key administrative functions for the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain file management
  • Coordinate and file emails for President
  • Calendar management for the President
  • Calendar/meeting bookings for team members
  • Liaise with President’s childcare team/children’s school for calendaring and travel
  • Manage calendar for the booking of client meetings
  • Book travel
  • Perform client set-up/offboarding
  • Client/member agreements and scopes of work
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Proofing/Editing of content

Job Responsibilities

Position Details

  • This position is an employee position with the following benefits: PTO, Holidays, 401K, and a stipend for your internet.
  • We will provide the necessary technology (Laptop, Software, etc.) equipment needed.
  • You must have at least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience in a remote environment.
  • This role will require weekly visits to the President’s office, so you must have your own transportation. Outside of the weekly visits, this person will work from a home office.
  • Willing to explore full-time and part-time candidates who want to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • You must have childcare while working and have a quiet area to work without interruptions.
  • Preferred hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm MTN, however, we are flexible and will work with your individual needs. Morning hours are required to get the day started. Project tasks can be completed during flexible hours.
  • You will need to be flexible and available for an occasional check-in during off hours.
  • Boulder Metro applicants are required.
  • The starting pay rate for this position is $20/hr or equivalent annual salary.
  • We’re looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) employee.

Marketing Consultant

Do you have a passion for helping and supporting others? If so, we want to talk to you. We are hiring a Marketing Consultant. This role works directly with clients to assist them in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for their firms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing marketing and sales strategy for clients
  • Conducting market research
  • Developing content for clients, including marketing, web, event, social and other content related to marketing being completed
  • Managing the timelines of all marketing related scope of work items
  • Interfacing directly with the client’s at multiple levels throughout their organization
  • Facilitating practice group meetings
  • Guiding assigned client team members and work
  • Reviewing work completed by other team member or providing the necessary direction
  • Client satisfaction
  • Identification of new ideas and opportunities with existing clients
  • Contribution to firm though leadership and marketing
  • Participation in sales and support of proposals for new work
