Marketing Specialist

Inovautus Consulting helps public accounting firms to grow – faster and in the right direction. We develop marketing and sales strategies, implement marketing plans, evaluate marketing efforts, perform strategic digital marketing, deliver streamlined social media services … and more. Our company is entirely virtual, and we have team members throughout the U.S. We offer both full-time and part-time options and flexible work arrangements.

 

This role will work with our clients. Depending on breadth and complexity, specialists are typically assigned to 6+ clients.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and scheduling email marketing to support alerts, newsletters and marketing campaigns/events
  • Gathering and analyzing marketing analytics
  • Preparing marketing and sales metrics reports
  • Developing and Maintaining content calendars
  • Performing website updates
  • Developing, scheduling, and coordinating social media
  • Drafting content for marketing, such as web pages, press releases, marketing collateral, and more
  • Developing PowerPoints for training and development, marketing, and speaking presentation
  • Designing ads, social media posts, email templates, one pagers and other assets as requested

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or analytics
  • Marketing Experience: 2-5 years
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of digital marketing, social media, design and content development

Preferred Skills

  • Must display strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong content writing skills
  • Requires an eye for design and is capable of creating visually appealing social media posts, PowerPoints, and more. (In Canva or a Adobe)
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Software: HubSpot, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Canva or Adobe Suite

Position Details

  • This position is a full-time position.
  • We will provide the necessary technology (laptop, software, etc.) equipment.
