Q + A With Carmela
Marketing is a perfect balance of left-brain and right-brain work, just like me. There’s a blend of data and analysis, budgeting, but also creative writing and brainstorming.
I love the experimentation of marketing. There’s always something new to learn or try. If there were a magic marketing button, everyone would push it. There’s not. There are best practices, and then room to try new things to see what works for each unique situation.
One of my favorites was leading a campaign that won a Webby! It was really fun walking the red carpet to celebrate that achievement.
