Q + A With Katie
I love the fast-paced nature of our work. It fuels my passion for lifelong learning—I’m always eager to absorb new ideas, especially when it comes to technology. There’s never a dull moment, and that’s what keeps it exciting!
Seeing more women step into leadership roles and balance both career and family is incredibly inspiring. It’s amazing to watch women in the profession pave the way and prove that you really can have it all.
I have a knack for bringing calm to chaos and simplifying the complex. I instinctively break down big ideas into manageable pieces, making them easier to tackle.
One of my biggest professional wins has been rebuilding my career after starting a family. Balancing both work and motherhood is no small feat, but it’s something I’m incredibly proud of. It’s not always easy, but showing my children that they can chase their dreams while building a family is the best example I can set.
