Compensation for Accounting Firm Marketers & Business Developers

The association for accounting marketing recently released its compensation survey. This survey benchmarks primarily compensation by position, job function and region in the US. Unlike survey’s in the past, this one was conducted by firm, rather than individual member. This means that data was received for all marketing and business development positions within a firm, rather than one individual within the marketing department at the firm. There were 117 participating firms representing a wide range of firms of various sizes across the United States. The last compensation survey was completed in 2006.
